Thanks to Slickdeals reposting the offer, I was able to rent a car this weekend for $9.99 plus tax. The rate is available Friday-Monday at select locations. Airports and major cities (NYC, LA, SFO, etc.) are excluded but smaller neighborhood stations just outside the excluded cities work.
